The context for this one is great. He's doing a run with a mod called Chaos% that randomly changes the game in bizarre ways every so often (Also it changes his punches to instantly kill and explode anything near him).

Watching him just try and do simple tasks like driving down the street when Chaos% decides to set the draw distance to 1/8 normal (basically cars won't render until they're right in your face) is great.
