Homeless people can collect the bottles to return them for the deposit, I believe is the word in english.

I've seen similar solutions here in Sweden, but that solution is way better (The ones I've seen in Sweden stacks the cans/bottles and only have room for 5-6 of them). For those who don't live in countries that have recycling deposit (Not sure if you can say that in english), you can return/recycle cans and bottles for money. (I know that britain doesn't have that system for example)
