Two dudes play video games, you may know them already and you may not but who cares. This just in, sales of Egoraptor's chin nega-space stock are up. Jon's poor neglected Jacques stocks remain at an all time low. More at 11.

Getting more and more tired of GG with each episode. I didn't give the slightest damn about the Mothman and X-Files or whatever the fuck else they were talking about, as off as it sounds considering it was Sonic '06 I was more interested in the final boss and the cutscene, or rather I would have enjoyed it much more if they were commenting ABOUT the final boss and cutscene
Wait, I must have missed it. Why a new thread? Not complaining, just curious.
Looking foward to the Sliver campaign.
Wait, I must have missed it. Why a new thread? Not complaining, just curious.
Garry closed nearly every megathread today
Wait, I must have missed it. Why a new thread? Not complaining, just curious.
Post cap is now 1000, threads just had to have 1 last post before they could lock if they were over 1000 posts.

Naughty bear is also great because of that second point.
Looking foward to the Sliver campaign.
I can't wait for their reactions to that Billiard Ball puzzle.

Game Grumps is about Arin and Jon, not about the game they play. They can, quite frankly, talk about fucking anything and I'll enjoy them. The whole point of Game Grumps is that they talk about whatever the fuck they want and aren't restricted to going "oh look at that this game is bad", that gets old. They're at least trying to not repeat the same thing over and over and over and over. Edit: But that's mostly because the Shadow/Sonic campaigns are pretty much reskins, really. The Silver one at least gives some new gameplay mechanics, so they should have more shit to say then.
Nnnno, what drew me was that egoraptor was doing something regularly updated. Im in it for arin and jon being arin and jon. I already have an LPer i watch for LP...ing and thats DSP which is funny because he doesnt know how to play games so when people complain that the grumps didnt read the instructions for naughty bear, i just laugh because they dont know true pain.
I dont mind a little off topic banter, its just when the whole episode is them talking with no mention of the game at really that is get off putting and not so enjoyable
Well the Sonic and Shadow campaigns had segments with other characters because they actually have friends. So is the Silver campaign just playing as Silver 100% of the time? That sounds horrendous.

I know there is a Blaze segment, I think there is a Sonic one. Pretty sure there are others, but I don't know exactly which.
I love how they were so caught up in Mothman, that they didn't notice how ridiculously easy the final boss is, how silly Mephiles looks when talking without a mouth, and not questioning the cliffhanger of an ending there.

I actually found the discussions taking place in this episode quite interesting, trying to describe the fear of creepy music and paranoia. Also, could we please not have any large discussions about them not noticing something you notice, please. Jon even said himself in a GG episode that he did not want to be a normal let's player who describes everything in the game and tries to lay plans and be efficient. Game Grumps isn't about efficiency, but two guys playing a video game while talking to each other, there are no requirement for them to talk about or notice everything that is happening in this game.
snip.
I can't believe Arin made a joke about Mulder eating sunflower seeds.
I think Goof Troop had the perfect blend of dicking around and commenting on the game.
Goof Troop and Megaman were my favorites of them. I stopped watching Sonic around episode 59-60, I hope by the time I become interested in the Grumps again, they'll idk, have a Goof Troop quality series.
I liked that Castlevania episode. They actually talked about the game itself and they sometimes went off topic in a good way.
I was more interested in the final boss and the cutscene
There is something wrong with you. Seek help.
I think Goof Troop had the perfect blend of dicking around and commenting on the game.
I miss Goof Troop every day.
I've watched every episode of game grumps, I'm not proud
