No, that's what they call ecchi. Perverted shows.
But they also call perverts for hentai. But that's in Japan, using the Japanese language. That's not western usage.

Hentai can be a show (or game) with a plot, but with nudity/sex included in it.
The BASIC different types of pornography labeled hentai are Yaoi, Yuri, Shotacon, Lolicon, Ecchi, and regular old Hentai.
Hentai is a broad term, and is mostly associated with just Hentai porn, but it can be a story of it's own and doesn't have to just be constant sex, rape, and tentacles as we all tend to generalize it to.
Also, liking anime is different from being a weeaboo/wapanese. Get the fuck over it. If someone lives, breathes, and sleeps anime, then they are a gigantic faggot and I completely agree with shutting them in an oven, but casually enjoying an anime every now and then does not make you one of those people.
