Its here and very saddening to see people just lying in the middle of back yards and fields.
Tough things to see. Media coverage of airline crashes is extremely common and everyone's seen it, but the networks put out a very sanitized view of what a plane crash actually looks like. Almost 300 people amounts to a lot of...meat, to put it very bluntly. Those people don't just vanish or vaporize. When a plane full of people goes down, there are bodies and pieces of bodies everywhere, and all of it has to be picked through, documented, cleaned up and sorted through. It's a fucking nasty job, and I have a lot of respect and sympathy for the people who have to do it. I just wish a proper, international crash response team had first access to the site instead of a bunch of gun-toting militia assholes who want to hunt through the bodies for souvenirs.
the demons that did this are in for a world of hurt, i hope they know that.
One thing that is gonna be pretty hard is identifying all the bodies and getting in contact with the proper families. I feel like this sort of thing should be something the UN should get involved into. Since the UN isn't picking sides on the matter.
Can't they just check the flight seating plan?
What I was getting at is what body is who and where is that body going if the body exists.
It makes me sick seeing them get there grubby hands on everything and contaminating the crash site, loading it onto dump trucks to be taken god knows where.

Like, now a days when people think of 9/11 they think of these sort of repeated images of two towers falling down and a pile of rubble, maybe a jumper or two. What people don't know is the ridiculous amount of gore and carnage on the street. People on the impact floors and in the planes were literally blown apart and strewn over dozens of city blocks, just people bits all over NYC. Jumpers people have seen before, but no one has seen what they look like when they actually hit the ground after a 100 story fall. Some really nasty shit. Just, so much shit was censored and hidden, and it's not pretty but without the really graphic evidence of the blind terror that took place that day the memory becomes dulled we start to forget, the event loses gravity.

There were little balls of human flesh lying around in the streets, tiny little giblets. Most of them probably got covered in dust so they were hard to identify as such. Also, according to some source, jumpers turned into a fine mist of fat, blood and meat. They would've had to clean them up with shovels and a bag.

And those who want to find out more should have the option too but I'm not sure people want to read about that here and now in this thread. The information and images are kind of obscured by time and censorship but they exist if you look hard enough.
