A friend of mine 'broke' his dick a while ago when he was with his girlfriend. Had to go to the hospital and everything. He ofcourse told me when we were drunk at the bar but hearing the story sobered me right up.
Huh, I didn't know that humans evolved to be mostly monogamous and have sex on average for less than 3 minutes at a time.
It feels like those things would be disputed nowadays.

Here's the thing though, "less than 3 minutes on average" means just that it's enough to impregnate, so strictly physiological. The fact that we also use sex for recreational purposes is kinda beside this point.

I don't understand evolution fully, but I'd assume that even ancient humans used sex for recreational purposes.
Or basically, it seems to me that most ancient humans would have sex for pleasure with the side-effect of impregnation, rather than the other way around.
My point being that ancient humans probably blew their loads quickly even during recreation.

Apparently the average duration for sex is about 7 minutes with almost 40% of sex being over in around 2 minutes. With that in mind, 3 minutes at a time sounds pretty reasonable.
