What!? Wow, that's probably the best hoax I've seen in quite a while
(edit: and I just got to the news programs part, damn he's genius)
Wow that's lame, make a fake vid just to fuck with people.

??? all he did was release a video on youtube without any background. blame it on the media for eating this shit up like a bunch of idiots.

I'd say blame it more on people who didn't question a "dramatic twerk video accident" as being fake.
I point out on the original thread as to why I thought it was fake (I provided probably the best reason I could think of: a glass table makes a fucking LOT of noise when it smashes) but got told I was looking too deep into it.
Even the title and the description of the video, as well as the fact that the name turned up almost nothing else on the internet rang all sorts of alarm bells.
But no, apparently "overthinking" a video that suddenly has an immense amount of popularity for almost no reason isn't something that should raise alarm bells in this day and age.
There have been dozens of other viral video attempts by all sorts of marketing agencies and major brands (sort of how the "flash mob dance" shit was all the rage a couple of years back). If shit like this pops up, it deserves a critical eye.
haha hooooooly shit.
fucking daaaaaaaaaamn.
I mean fuck dude I haven't seen something that well..
I don't even know how to word it.
yeah first time I saw that video, that table was a little suspicious, I mean, it didnt even have a frame or anything, it just broke. And besides, who would just open a door like that other girl did? Theres a person leaning on it and she just opened it that easily.
All in all, I blame Miley Cyrus
fooled me
i cant read snipperoo
Called it.
This girl is on fire.
Wow didn't realize it was a hoax. Just shows how long a video can go viral and gain so much popularity before it's authenticity is even considered. Shows how easy it is to mess with people. Not even surprised Jimmy Kimmel did this. I could not stop laughing at the news segments!
Some guys in the original thread called it.
Wow, they got me good. I called out the dudes saying it was fake last thread and everything.
Nice work, 10/10 for sure.
Who care if it was faked or not, it was entertaining. Pretty good hoax though, just goes to show how little research media does before filling in airtime though.
Holy shit, that was well done then. Completely fooled me.
Oh wow, the first I saw of that video was literally it just cuts straight out and ends when she gets in the couch and is on fire, before the guy even came in. If I had seen that I would've called it a fake the first time I saw it
I fucking hate my countries media.
What's twerking? When I tried to watch the original video it wasn't loading right.
For a second I thought it would have been staged

wtf? it's just a video, calm down. it wasn't a conspiracy theory, it was just fake. get over yourself. your paranoia was just right this one time.

How exactly is it paranoia to construe that viral videos are made by marketing companies? Its not exactly an illuminati triangle theory.

Oglaf's "Overthinking" comic springs to mind.

Maybe if it was something that was enjoyable, beautiful, creative, or good.
This is a shitty twerk video that was fed with views and given tons of media attention.
It was a shit video, I thought it was shit before it was revealed as being fake and I still hold the opinion that it is a shit video. I also don't watch late time tv like jimmy kibble or conon or any of those people, because I don't find them funny or enjoyable either for the most part.
So in essence, its a bad video which led to a bad twist ending! wow!
Why do you care so much about this video, Nigerianprince? First you were in the original thread, then the thread in SH, and now here, and you keep saying the same stuff.
You need to calm down lmao
She did a brilliant job.
I didn't want to question the video. It was hilarious either way. Nice one, Jimmy.
This is the best thing ive seen in awhile.
I figured it was fake but I didn't suspect it to be from Kimmel. That's pretty awesome that it went everywhere like that!

Oh no, someone giving their opinion on a forum, we don't want that here guys. Please everyone stop writing things that are your opinion on this 'forum' because we should all have the same opinion.
And to answer your question, mainly because I called out the video as likely being bullshit and got called a paranoid "overthinker" (someone actuallly made a comparison to 9/11 theories), yet I was correct.
I don't really understand the harm in asking a few questions when something that looks like a blatant commercial pops up. If you don't like asking those sort of questions then so be it, I hope you enjoy your Frito-Lays sponsored Gangnam Style videos for the next 200 years.
twerking is a blemish on the media
twerking should be illegal. it's not sexy please stop doing it
