I'm assuming you're talking about the small blue one which drops to below 25 years, my guess is since it's the early 90s when it happened that it's Somalia

My guess would be there was no data for that period or something, since it drops to well below the 25 year mark.

I do not think they would just drop a country. If they don't have data for a year (or however long) they just take the average from the year before and after.
