The problem with these games is getting enough people to play to the point where it achieves the epicness that they want this game to have. Let's hope they can reach a large amount of people with this.

there is a MnB2 in the works which looks way better than the originals.

this does look good but I read/saw that its kind of small based while you do all that weird call of duty shit like earn achievements and get perks etc.

Plus no single player. One of the reasons why I'm sticking with Warband until Mount&Blade 2 (holyshitholyshitholyshit) comes out.

Yeah, the singleplayer was amazing with mods in the original MnB, and even better in warband, but all the mods got sucked into the mediocre multiplayer.

I mean the multiplayer is great fun but if you want amazing multiplayer games nowadays they aren't very hard to find.

But more on topic, this game is pretty much M&B with better graphics and maybe more simplified. Just like paradox's Dwarf Fortress clone.

This game definitely looks promising, however it does also look like a MnB clone.

Either way, since its more multiplayer focused, maybe we will get a superb experience with that regard, I'm a big fan of the graphics in this game compared to Mount and Blade.

And they're actually using perks and stuff? Sounds a bit like COD to me, but maybe they can pull it off.
I'm excited for it though :D

I got into the beta yesterday and downloaded the game on steam, however, when I launch the game and the "postaman.exe" starts running, my computer starts to lag and a music starts playing in the background, but nothing shows up, it just shows my desktop. Could someone help me with that?
