Ayton here, and I'm just back to show you all of my current series! I've post it before, but I feel with a few episodes under my belt, I may be able to trigger some of your interests. To keep it short, I'm playing my old character, 'The Director' again as he is stranded on Chernarus and left with only a camera and his dignity. From here, he experiences the undead first hand, and meets many people along the way, creating dramatic and entertaining scenarios. Like my previous series, The Dark Roleplay, everyone on screen are players in the game, this is non scripted and is played on an RP server owned by DayzRp.com. I highly suggest if you enjoyed GMod seriousRP, but got a lil tired of Gmod and like DayZ Mod, then try out DayZRP. Well, I hope you all enjoy, criticism is always welcome and thanks for giving me your time!
Two suggestions: 1. Tone the filter down a little, it's kind of hard to see anything, even if it is a stylistic decision. Unless I'm mistaken and that's just how the game looks. 2. It's really hard to hear other people's audio. Maybe you could boost it? Otherwise, fun watch. [sp]Also, it's generally not a great idea to plug on Facepunch, but you seem respectful enough so no real harm done.[/sp]
I remember watching your DarkRP series, glad to see you started something new again!
That was surprisingly pretty neat. [sp]At 10:00 the sudden "I just lost my brother" had me in tears, considering he simply clumsily fell off the ladder 8 minutes prior[/sp]

I've taken to colour correcting the footage, as DayZ can be a little de-saturated and boring. However, i can see what you mean, especially night time scenes as it's fairly dark and almost black and white when playing the game. I will tone it down though, as I understand some colours in scenes are dominating! 2. Yes, I've had qualms with DayZ's voice audio for a while. The in-game communication runs off the 'effects' sounds, so when I turn it up, it also turns up the effects elements ( such as, cars, ambient sounds, walking, etc.). This can be a major pain, as a lot of people have fairly quiet microphones, and it's hard to equalize the audio sometimes. However, I was thinking of maybe adding subtitles for the quieter folk, but I'll try other methods to increasing recieved mic volume! I had a lot of fun doing the DarkRP series, and this seemed like a great follow up. [QUOTE=mrkaki;45235661]That was surprisingly pretty neat. Some of the people's RP is questionable as always, haha! BUT, I will give props to the majority of players who create amazing roleplay scenarios, and really get into their characters! It is a wonderful experience!
