Just had a go with the source film maker and the tools are great, here's a quick video I've created.
Looks like because the amount of control and tools you get with this people are going to make some amazing stuff.

Any constructive criticism on animation/anything else is welcome, what could I improve on?
(Also I realise now the engineer part at the end is a bit stupid but I wanted to play around with the lip syncing).
It's rather hard to judge on something this short, and incoherent. The animation itself is pretty good, but there's not enough of it and it's of a too low complexity level to really make good judgement on that. Try and do some more natural movements. Have the engineer walk up to the window first, and flinch when the scout hits the window. Also, if you're going to make a joke at the end, no need to add an owl-head-turn kind of thing to it. It doesn't work as a joke, and makes your animation look sloppy and lazy.

Had a go at making another video, since it's late I didn't do any more but I think I'll try and make a 1/2 minute video next time.
