I played a game earlier where I got to be Vader and I managed to get inside the base while all the rebels were spawning in the hallway. It was the funnest minute and a half I've ever had in my dozen or so hours of playing the beta. Throw a lightsaber down a hallway full of poor bastard rebels and try not to giggle like a schoolgirl. I dare you.

its probs just a canon thing coz you can't kill major plot characters i guess, plus they come back multiple times in the match.

so i guess canonically vader got defeated multiple times at the battle of hoth and each time a group of rebels circled him and teabagged him for several minutes
