I already have my computer plugged into my TV, so i can just watch TV, play games, and if i really wanted to, watch Xbox games on Youtube.

I have never been so uninterested in consoles as I am now. My PC can do everything these anemic boxes can and MUCH more. Building a massively more powerful PC around a GTX Titan as well, when I stop being poor. I can safely say I will not be buying any of the "new gen" consoles. Hopefully gaming can be less stagnant now at least, and PC ports will get a bit better.

I love the game console model a lot due to growing up with it, but if I take off the rose-tinted glasses I agree. PC takes a little extra effort to get into, but the end result is drastically better.

That said, I do still buy consoles, but only if they carry exclusive games that I absolutely must have. As great as PC is, there are still many game developers and publishers who see higher profit in consoles and thus put their games there. I can see myself getting an Xbox One, but much, much later down the line.
