Interesting video of Attorney Lisalyn Jacobs, assaulting a campaigner for mens' rights at a Violence against Women hearing of all places! She's a National Organisation of Women attorney, a CNN domestic violence "expert", and former Chief Counsel for the Office of Violence Against Women. See how she even admits to assault during the video see how all her "anti-violence" feminists colleagues refuse to even identify her and thus help the victim of the attack gain justice. Action starts after 17 seconds: and here's a longer video documenting the quest to identify her and have her arrested and charged: Despite occurring over a year ago, this still hasn't been covered by a single news outlet, literally not one news report on it. As a result of such lack off attention it seems she still has her job at Legal Momentum: http://www.legalmomentum.org/staff/lisalyn-r-jacobs They describe one of their five core goals as "Expanding Rights, Justice, and Services for Victims of Violence"
Lisalyn R. Jacobs is a violent offender who assaulted father's rights activist Ben Vonderheide in the hallway of the United States Senate Building after a V.A.W.A. hearing in Washington DC. Jacobs' unprovoked assault on Mr Vonderheide followed his attempt to interview Dr Phil McGraw, who had just come from a session of lying to members of US Congress, misrepresenting domestic violence as a male-on-female problem, a point of view refuted by all credible research on the matter. Jacobs has been the vice president of Legal Momentum since 2003 as V.P. as well as their president for government relations. After three years of private legal practice, Jacobs joined the US DoJ Office of Policy Development 1995 and contributed to work on the Violence Against Women Act, welfare reform law and affirmative action. She was also the Civil Rights Division's Chief of Staff and Special Counsel to the Director of the Violence Against Women Office. She has testified before congressional committees at both the state and federal levels. http://register-her.com/index.php?title=Lisalyn_Jacobs_--_Violent_Offender
Incredibly, despite being arrested, admitting to the assault and serving 32 hours community service for her crime, she still has her job campaigning against violence. Any man attacking a woman in such a way, particularly at such an inappropriate time, would be dismissed from such a role immediately (and quite rightly too). No doubt he would have received a stiffer punishment too. - See more at: http://www.legalmomentum.org/about-us Aside from Jacobs' own hypocrisy the behaviour of all the police involved is pretty poor too, see how much effort it takes to get the police to take action. BTW if anyone wants to help expose this and ask why she still has her job, then her Twitter is @LRockL
get a life
i don't get it, it looked like she was just shoving the asshole jamming a camera in her face out of her way, not assaulting anyone
i don't get it, it looked like she was just shoving the asshole jamming a camera in her face out of her way, not assaulting anyone
and now the video's creator and OP are crying about the misandry of it to protect their manhoods
i don't get it, it looked like she was just shoving the asshole jamming a camera in her face out of her way, not assaulting anyone
Using physical force against someone is assault. All he was doing was being rude, nothing illegal or harmful. And he wasn't really in her way, she followed him and then turned around and walked back to the elevators. That being said, this guy is the worst kind of person. He conveniently left out what was going on right before she shoved him so I'm assuming he was being annoying and his attitude with the police does a pretty good job at showing his personality. 32 hours of community service is more than enough for a simple shove. Sure she may have been hypocritical by assaulting someone while being in an Anti Violence organization, but whether or not she stays employed by them is no ones business but theirs.
lmao it doesn't even look like touched him, was just blocking the camera and the dudes trying to instigate something by pointing shit in peoples faces, dumbass MRAs gotta blow everything up into something it's not so they can feel oppressed [editline]26th September 2013[/editline]
Using physical force against someone is assault.
Out of curiosity, how do you define assault?

An assault is carried out by a threat of bodily harm coupled with an apparent, present ability to cause the harm. ...The term is often confused with battery, which involves physical contact

Thank you, I didn't really even consider battery. That fits shoving much more than assault does.
feminism finally discredited
, dumbass MRAs gotta blow everything up into something it's not so they can feel oppressed.
So many groups do that. Its depressing sometimes.
I'm sorry but this is some sort of parody correct? The way the text you posted is written makes it seem like you pulled it right off of reddit.

As for the police, well it's their conduct and attitude that sucks and I'd be pretty angry to if the police were so obstructive. He's had hsi life made hell by corrupt police and public officials and as a result he's dedicated himself to bringing such people justice (with considerable success) and treats people as he finds them. He's actually very pleasant to any competent or professional police officers, both in the longer video and in others found on his site at http://www.daddyjustice.com

A story of David and Goliath proportion. Great spontaneous humor is somehow maintained through the action, danger and adventure – at spots it’s a real HOOT!
a real HOOT!
some idiot sticking a camera in someone's face got shoved - truly an injustice of epic proportions [editline]26th September 2013[/editline] where do you find these people jesus christ [editline]26th September 2013[/editline] i mean you take 10 seconds to google anything to do with this guy and you come up with communities that say shit like this
Our society has been corrupted by Feminism Dogma (Feminism Lies) and the "Feminist" Domestic Violence Industry Evil Indoctrination. The Problem - The Root of the Problem - I came to understand - is Lack of Moral Values. The Solution lies in Moral Values. We cannot keep Moral Values out. Life4men dot org
try harder op
i mean you take 10 seconds to google anything to do with this guy and you come up with communities that say shit like this
Oh sorry i didn't realise that as soon as an impressive and dedicated civil liberties campaigner gets mentioned on a slightly cranky site it automatically negates all their hard work. My apologies and shame on Daddyjustice for being mentioned somewhere on some slightly strange website once.
