45,000 square feet on 200 acres of land, Khaled didn't even show the 135 person theater or the 100 person dining room. This house only cost Ross 5.8 million dollars, deal of a lifetime.
I can tell DJ Khaled is a poser because when he showed off the old consoles, he didn't say "super nintendo, sega genesis, when I was dead broke I couldn't picture this"
Whoever sold it for 5.8 million is an idiot
Better than MTV cribs
The only reason I'd want a place like that is to throw epic parties, if I was by myself I'd still be a piece of shit and sit at my computer all day

How would you even know if you were being robbed in a place that big?
How would you know if you were being robbed in a place that big?
could probably have cameras set up throughout the house, I was thinking the exact same thing when they showed off the hallway with all the championship rings and trophies behind a thin glass panel edit: I just noticed Ross is wearing an ankle monitor, thats a pretty good place to be if you're under house arrest.
Don't forget you need to clean up or hire someone to clean up all that space
if im rich enough to buy that mansion i wouldnt worry about that. what i would be worried about is people stealing shit
Whoever sold it for 5.8 million is an idiot
probably the person who last had it went broke and or the looking for mansions can see the O&M being insane. The water bill for that pool is something else and there has to be staff for all of that. I can see a million per year being put into that house to maintain it.
probably costs a ton to get security detail, cleaners, maids and cooks, landscapers, stablemen, maintenance workers/handymen for yearly checkups, and including expenses for the already existing equipment they have around the mansion that's not to even include other details like depreciation and upkeep... i'm sure a whole family of rich ranchers would do just fine but idk about a single rapper but if ross can take care of these expenses and take care of the place (it's either one or the other lmao) in general good catch on him apparently its Evander Holyfield's mansion he bought, and it was foreclosed. go figure
Holyfield once claimed the home cost more than $1 million annually to maintain with an electric bill reportedly costing $17,000 a month. The mansion has been among the sources of the boxer’s financial problems, which also include constant court battles over child support payments. The entertainment site said Holyfield owed more than $14 million on the house.
