Wait I can't tell, the first shot was a warning shot - was he actually hit the 2 other times?

Don't think someone who just got shot twice at close range will just walk away with his hands in his pockets slowly.

getting shot with a small calibre pistol will knock you back less than getting punched. i've seen cctv footage of a guy getting shot like 6 times and he doesn't even flinch. afterward he walks around for a while in disbelief before sitting down and waiting patiently for the ambulance
adrenaline + small impact power + shitty video footage = it's pretty hard to tell if someone has been shot

or they are just 9x18mm rubber bullets.
If you get shot with any caliber it'll do more than just knock you back, unless it's something really small like a .22LR, which would still fuck you up enough that you'd feel it.

nope i'm sorry but this is factually wrong in fact most small calibers won't knock you back at all

the link cuts to a specific bit of footage but you could watch the whole video if you want to understand the explanation behind it
There probably would have been a lot more commotion if he actually go shot with bullets. Either they didn't hit him or it was rubber.

I've personally seen 2 people shot with small calibre rounds and it's true there is no knock-back effect but you wouldn't be walking away, and in this guys case there was no adrenaline, he look laid back as fuck even after the shots. He wasn't hit.

Looking at it more, I'm pretty sure they are just blank rounds.

Isn't there some sort of self defense gun over in Russia and that region that really simulates a real firearm but is a less lethal device? Not exactly a rubber bullet issue item for the police but they were some sort of self defense pistol that was / is legal for civilians.
Kind of reminds me of that thing.

Gas pistols perhaps? I heard of them actually being lethal.
