This is what we've been waiting for, this is it boys, this is war!
The swastika dude seemed really down to earth
This is disturbing, the army is literally blindly shelling a city full of civilians. Imagine the outrage if the same thing happened elsewhere in the world. A military shelling an entire city within its own boarders

It already has happened in Syria and in that case it was deemed "evil". Here apparently no one cares. I don't know where I lie.
Shelling always happens in war, always been like that.

I have sympathies, do not give any condolences for these actions, but honestly...
It's bound to happen. When you are in a war zone, and two sides are about to make contact, the best of your options is to pack your bags and get the hell out of dodge. Willingly staying in a warzone as a civi, no matter what beliefs you may hold, is a fools game.
The current conflict scenario is pretty fucking grim. Advancing army with Post-Soviet tactics, and insurgent army basing most of it's beliefs on proletariat uprising. That's a kind of combat which is not based on simple "Search and Destroy" or "Hearts and Minds" that's a kind of warzone where both sides are going to be just as brutal as the other, and are intent on killing each other in the name of simply killing each other. As we see the Dontesk Republic getting attacked and fucked over much harder, it is only a matter of time before we start seeing some really Chechnya-style fighting.
Another thing about this is that the people who once lived in the areas of the flash point... They'll never have the lives they had before. In the case the Dontesk Republic is destroyed, you'll see a greater influx of criminal activity with military grade weaponry. This in part is because of the relentless artillery bombardments we are seeing at the moment, and in certain cases, discrimination against the Russian majority in those areas which will lead to further attempts at civilian uprisings in the near future.
Grim as fuck situation to be honest.
