Part of me wants to think he's an annoying nuisance but another part of me considers the slim chance that he might be a vet with ptsd who freaked at a gun he saw or thought he saw Oh, reading what is said to be the camera mans version of the story in the description he might just have some major social disability.

My friend had a bout where he thought someone was going to punch him, and kept dancing around him saying YOU'RE GOING TO HIT ME YOU'RE GOING TO HIT ME. At first we thought it was a joke but he didn't stop for at least 15 minutes. Then he realized that he was freaking out and tried to talk himself down but he explained it as feeling extremely confident about something to the point that you know it has to happen. He was absolutely sure he was going to get hit.
