For a group so disgusted by "safe space culture", they sure are a bunch of triggered crybabies.
I'm so glad to see alt-right pissed at the game they can't really touch. Devs don't care and rightfully so.

Honestly the reality is that the culture of not getting offended over everything, if it ever existed, is dead and has been dead for a long time. The far right is no less a group of whining pissbabies than the far left, they just get offended over different things. They're concerned about, oh you can't say this about white people, you can't say this about our president, or our flag, or about men, you can't say happy holidays, you can't say this about the military, or God, you can't be openly gay or openly trans because that's offensive to me, and so on.
tbh I'm really wondering how many are legit mad and not just trolling
I always find it funny when people call it anti nazi propaganda.
1) No shit
2) And that's a bad thing?
That interviewerers hair is ridiculous.
Well imagine Wolfenstein the other way around where you play as a nazi soldier and you go about gunning down minorities and Americans or something like that.
You would have a lot of mad people, that's for sure :v:
at least Hammer7 would be pleased
You have to ask yourself some hard questions if you somehow feel targeted by an anti-nazi videogame.

I can't believe that we have reached the point where Wolfenstein, the ultimate in "fuck nazis" has become supposedly politically controversial. The alt-right are fucking crazy.
Nazi's have feelings too
and when I say feelings I mean they, too feel the pain of having their face axed off, other than that they're pretty much totally emotionally numb.
Oh no those innocent nazis
Imagine how much of a fkn nerd u have to be to get upset about this game. i wanna give these alt-right dweebs a fkn noogie
i knew someone (keyword knew) who was alt-right who said the new order made him cringe cause it was "really pro-jewish" :v:
I never liked how they advertise the game to make it look like it’s based on current political events even when it’s not, but if it’s actially good then I might consider buying it.
I remember when the first game (the new order) got shit on because “the difficulty selection screen prompted toxic masculinity” or something weird like that
Like Wolfenstein New Order, I love how "respectful" they treat germans.
I mean sure, you kill tons of nazis but they put so much care and details into them, every soldier you encounter, every key character speaks ACTUAL german recorded by a german voiceactor... and not just any voiceactor they could find, they really tried to nail it with the mentality of germans, the way they speak, act and talk.
It's an absolute joy to listen to conversations and play the game, especially if you are german.
The biggest offense is the German version, where they redubbed almost everything to "denazify" the game, everyone speaks german but they never understand each other, some germans have been recast and sound absolutely terrible.

I finished the game yesterday and I think there was like one line that could have been a discreet reference to current politics, but nothing else came off as a direct reference to me
I'd poke a Nazi hornets nest
at least Hammer7 would be pleased
Come on, don't tell me none of you are tired of playing as generic cpt Murrica while main enemy is always some sort of nazis or token bad Russians.
i wouldn't be if i got to explode limbs off of enemies, no matter if they're nazis, russians or demons
it's a fun timewaster
Come on, don't tell me none of you are tired of playing as generic cpt Murrica while main enemy is always some sort of nazis or token bad Russians.
Well here's the thing. There was a time when this was true. Last decade, we were drowning in WW2 games, which was beyond suffocating. But then developers moved on to the present or even futuristic era, and then we became suffocated in those... And then people began kinda missing the good ol' Nazi killing. Which I don't blame them. There were a lot of good WW2 shooters.
I'll even level with you. I think it could be cool playing as a German soldier who is just trying to survive through various theatres of WW2, but let's be realistic here: it would cause an outcry of immense scale, as whoever would try to develop such a game would be labeled as Nazi sympathisers at best, and labeled as actual Nazis trying to glorify the Third Reich at worst.
The Wolfenstein series is about killing Nazis and has always been about killing Nazis.
Like what the fuck do people expect.
Fuck Nazis.
Come on, don't tell me none of you are tired of playing as generic cpt Murrica while main enemy is always some sort of nazis or token bad Russians.
Killing nazis will never go out of style. They brought it on themselves.
Deal. With. It
Come on, don't tell me none of you are tired of playing as generic cpt Murrica while main enemy is always some sort of nazis or token bad Russians.
Never gonna be tired of it
Killin nazis is as timeless and american as apple pie and guns, and I love apple pie and guns
Imagine being so disgusting you get offended of a game killing people who would kill you in a heartbeat if you were even 99% white but at the same time tell lefties that they're constantly triggered and mock safespaces but now you are crying the same song you sing on the daily

and then you have [sp]hitler[/sp] portrayed like a senile old man out of a children's cartoon
I like how most of the nazis seem well grounded in reality even with their shortcomings (i.e. being a psychopath) but they botched that one up
Come on, don't tell me none of you are tired of playing as generic cpt Murrica while main enemy is always some sort of nazis or token bad Russians.
Well if the generic Cpt Murrica is as compelling (and batshit) as BJ Blazkowicz, I can bear with it. And I can also more than bear with murdering crazy retrofuture nazis.
That "diversity quota" character at the beginning made me want even more a Wolf-like game about being a german commando going turbo Wehrmacht on Allied Forces based on WWII caricatures.
I didnt really see much outrage proven in this thing other than a few posts about boycotting? Idiots gon be idiots but it's not some huge outcry as far as I can tell.
Also I kinda want a game where you play as a German, get fed up with the harsh treatment of ethnic minorities and start a shadow faction in the Reich, eventually overthrow it and invade the world as a peaceful, forward benevolent dictatorship.
