Real or fake, no idea.
Video title reads "Washable pen on the section number 2739"
In the section number in 2739 (Moscow, Filevsky Boulevard 3, 1114 School) in the booths
Let the revolution begin.
Guessing fake, because I don't know how he managed to carry a camera in without people asking questions.
It looks pretty real to me though. I don't speak russian so I don't know what he is saying.

Someone did question him as he went up the stairs.
It's not like you are obliged to use their pen right?
And what kind of eraser was he carrying?
I mean if the Russian Government are really going to fake votes I doubt it going to be by erasing several hundred thousand votes by hand with that crappy pen and then changing to another party.

You don't know when the votes will be rigged though it could be from the building he's in, the type of eraser doesn't matter, the point is that the ink can be erased
I had a similar pen while in primary school.
This is probably fake, nobody would notice you carrying in a pen from outside.
He might have switched the pen to his own erasable pen, either by sneakily switching it with the one he picked up when filming, or by placing them in the voting booths earlier. He probably did this to provoke the public into doing something.
Or, just by chance, the ink used in the ballot pens is the same or similar to the ink in the erasable pens. The erasing wasn't as good the similar erasable pens I had, so it might just be by chance that the ink is compatible.
Oh Putin, you so crazy
What's scary is that it cannot be a mistake, normal ink can't be erased like that
Obviously erase EVERYTHING, then use real permanent ink to only vote who you want. :v:

Maybe it's the paper.
The ink won't stick! WHERE'S YOUR GOD NOW, HUH?!
They could just be using really shitty pens

Replace the paper with PERMANENT PAPER!
I wish there were some translations! Is anyone Russian and can tell us what they're saying at like the end, it's like everyone around him notices and asks about it!
Uh oh...... Also notice that another man gets out his own pen and draws on the paper, but his pen cant be erased, only the pens provided can be.
This is actually completely true. They also vote for you if you don't turn up for voting.
The election is just a farce, there's no democracy in Russia.
