Yes, it's in French (worse, Canadian French). No, it doesn't make that much more sense even if you speak French. I'm convinced it's actually more hilarious if you don't understand French at all. And yes, it's a real video made for a real organisation, for real: cancertesticulaire.com The video title is basically a play on the "The Horse Whisperer" (L'Homme qui murmurait à l'oreille des chevaux) but basically it's "The Balls Whisperers" instead.
Jesus, even if I understand french, I'd rather not for the sake of this video. By god, they miss every fucking single note, then use some synth to make it seem like they can sing. I'm going to barf.
The only word I understood was testicle. And hey, it's the woman from Hannibal
i guess you guys don't get that it's supposed to be humour. that's their shit, over-the-top humour, cringy

My brother showed me the video the other day and it's definitely meant to be cringy and really "out there" for the sake of humor. Basically a parody of a lot of modern artsy-pantsy music videos.
i really like the choreography and a lot of the syllables v good video wud repeat
why is this arousing
:whatthechrist: I know French and this still was surreal.
:whatthechrist: I know French and this still was surreal.
My brother and I are both French Canadians, and we still had to watch the video twice to understand exactly what they were saying.

Wow, this weird-ass ad may have actually saved a life.

I'm studying French at university. This is my first experience with French Canadian singing, and I'm guessing this isn't representative, but... it's definitely a surreal experience.
