Oh thank God, this game wasn't just some crazy dream I had.
The sound effects feel weak as fuck this time around.
"Absolutely.... gunlance?!?!?" Ya foken kiddin' me? :D

Hopefully it's actually good in this one.
The gunlance has always been the lances stunted sibling
I am so god damn excited for MH, especially on PC, and it's lookin' pretty damn good
That body check on the GS looks fun. Give that Plesioth bastard a taste of his own medicine.
Oh man, that charge blade is some Bloodborne level stuff.

gunlance was one of the best weapons in mhp3rd and gen.

I always found some of the earlier gunlances to be terrible because of the low sharpness and bad ammo. But Silver Rook has always been my favorite gunlance.
Hunting Horn for dayz
Being able to aim and move is huge. I'm going Gunner this time for sure
I'm fucking hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyypeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
New to the series but 4U was one of the only games I played past 12 years old that I genuinely played for FUN and not just to numb my brain. Hopefully this can recapture that.
I just want to use them all, only worried on the hit effects which feel off for me but damn... they look all great.
Monster Hunter trailers usually have less hit effects and no blood

take that back, gunlance is insane
I'm really worried about MH future in the US now that the only MH you need is MH: World for PC.
Am I over-thinking it? I just want my MH on Switch. :(

I mean, considering that since 3 they've ONLY been on Nintendo platforms, I wouldn't discount one coming to the Switch. It probably won't be World though.

All Capcom has to do is announce a western port of double cross for the Switch and honestly, I'll be sold. I'd prefer a 3DS version, but it would be a great way to ship the Switch over here.
I'm definitely hyped for World though.

Supposedly the blood can be toggled like the damage numbers, but we will have to wait and see.

The issue I have is "Why play when there is a better PC version?" mentality. My friends already have this idea.

It's going to sell well on all of them, I mean, does any other game on the market suddenly die on consoles if it has a better PC version? hell no, hell I'm sure people will buy it TWICE, once on console and once on PC as well.
I might be wrong. Just it's cool a PC MH game but I like not being stuck to a PC when playing MH. I loved the 3DS games.
But I guess it's just my friends I have to worry about. There will always be online play but just need to get my friends to buy the handheld versions. Or get better friends.

I really liked the handheld MH titles. There was this facebook group that organized meets in Seattle where tons of people would show up to hang out and play the game. Two of the people I met became good friends of mine and ended up getting married. It was really fun
