Ok so let me start of by saying that I personally wouldn't use an xbox controller when playing PC games, unless I am playing certain games. If the game is one in which I can sit back and relax then I would love to use a xbox controller as I can lay down on my bed.
Also I had some problems recording in game as my fraps was messing up.

Some games are AMAZING and simply better with a controller. I have 2 black wireless ones for PC and that little receiver is one of the best purchases I have ever done.
Xpadder
Free
But most games have 360 support by default?

Super meatboy, dustrun or whatever it's called are good examples.

Almost every game supports it naturally because they are PC ports.
Controllers are for racing and flying, mouse and keyboard are for walking (imo, don't hate me)

Walking in 3D enviroments, I like to play 2D platformers with a controller.
dark souls
FPS's are mouse and keyboard
Controllers are better for stuff like super meat boy
Thing I prefer controllers over keyboard/mouse is the triggers and control sticks. As they can be gently pushed, full pushed, half pushed, whatever. Mouse and keyboard buttons only have pressed and not pressed.

or Assassins Creed / third person anything but shooters.
I like to use controllers for action games that are in third person.
Just Cause 1 and 2
The Arkham games
Other games, I use my joystick if I don't use a mouse.

With a mouse you have control on how fast it moves, whereas with a controller that control is limited.
I like that
edit: the mouse I mean
This still doesn't change the fact that OP still won't stop posting every video he makes here
The only thing I found the controller to be better is at MGS.
So, we see controllers being used on PC all the time... and I know PS3 has usb mouse&keyboard support... but does XBOX Live have rules against using a keyboard/keypad and a mouse, assuming one could interface them to work?
What does he say in the beginning of the video? Hello embopewpoo sam?

I was saying "Hello everybody I'm Empuze" but it came out like a big steaming pile of letters
--snip--
Thanks man! I honestly couldn't even comprehend that you could do this. I tried to take my controler appart and take the wires from my keybord and put them in but didnt work :(
now i think it will work
fav'd and subd!
I find that games that should have controller support have it. No need for anything external, not even manually downloading drivers. Also, please stop advertising your videos here. They are boring as heck.

Take a hint from the dumb ratings.
plug the controller into the USB slot
let the microsoft drivers install
play any game that uses a controller, bam there you go
hell even emulators pick up 360 controllers, this video may as well be "how to turn on your PC"
Why do you post every video you make here?
Mouse and Keyboard for first-person shooters,
Controller for racing, flying, third-person games.
Controller for LEGO games.
I don't understand why would you make a video that's been done few years ago by hundreds of other people.
I used both at the same time in some games. Use the left thumbstick on a controller, and right hand on mouse. For more precise movement that you just can't get with wasd keys.
I prefer using my PS3 controller with Motionjoy for things such as racing games.
Not really objectively better for non shooter 3rd-person games.
I disagree. Any game that requires a high mobility in a 3d environment, or the ability to aim well in a 3d environment is massively better on a mouse and KB in ways it's not even funny.
A person with those will be able to trash a player on a controller 9 times out of 10.
Controllers tend to be good on some types of games, but rarely anything about navigating a real 3d environment.
