Running a stop sign and then speeding away like that is a bigger deal than smashing a windshield. If it was an elderly person crossing the street ,they could've easily been injured. Might've felt some sympathy for the driver but after the honk, the insult and the speeding away it was clear he's just a stuck up asshole.
