Meh, those plants need some genetic engineering, and pesticides to keep them huge.
Why is it that Cuba is the most awesome country and nobody copies them? :(

Nope, it's going on all over the northeast and west coast in New York, Boston, Hartford, San Francisco, San Diego, and LA.
Because Cuba is the only place on Earth with community gardens.
