I mean he's got some valid complaints, it sucks ass working a minimum wage job. He's woefully overreacting to the "suck a bag of dicks" comment but he's right, it's not professional to say it in the work place.
The insane part is where he thinks Safeway's stock is gonna drop over this callout video, and as if Safeway is the only company with a shitty web portal, and how he should be the one to revolutionize Safeway's tech, and how he's acting like he's the first person to ever complain about this shit as if it isn't true for every minimum wage job in America.

Sheesh I just couldn't stop watching his videos, it was a rabbit hole of insanity.
Tl;dr the guy used to be rich, was an internet pioneer in the 90's or something. Seemingly has never worked a minimum wage job before, and was incredibly shocked by the lack of professionalism. He made a bunch more videos about it, even addressing the CEO. For a while he seemed to be depressed, grew a beard, talked to therapists and et cetera. I believe he eventually got fired due to his unwillingness to go back into work; either that or he just quit. /pol/ found him, made a thread about him, and he posted in the thread. He seemed to have a pretty good time with it, maybe he still posts on /pol/. I stopped watching around then, but I took a peek at his Facebook and it looks like he "got a job" with Uber.
