Are you expecting avengers level of action and visual effects? remember it's still a tv series.

Yeah I get ya, it's just that it's what I expect it to be so I'm not really surprised/disappointed.
Glad they got rid of Danny's curly hair.

Well at least it isn't the comicverse Manhattan, because you can't take ten steps without tripping over five superheroes that exclusively work in New York.
Still think it's weird that Daredevil is the only one in costume

Isn't it because he's the only one that actually has one?

Charlie Cox actually mentioned this but interestingly included Finn Jones alongside him, and Finn mentioned a few months ago that people would be "satisfied" by the end of Defenders in regards to a question about the costume, so i be Melvin makes one for him.

Seems like they are preoccupied with either twarthing global dominion or galaxy-wide dominion.
I feel like Jessica Jones and Daredevil are two characters that probably won't work as a team and will always be more compelling on their own, especially when you're mixing the tone of Jessica Jones with tone of bloody Ironfist. Having watched all the shows I'd argue that the interesting ones are Daredevil and Jessica Jones, which is probably going to be a problem because it means that half the cast will likely bore me as much as they did in their own shows. On top of that, the only one that had decent action was Daredevil, because Jessica Jones wasn't about action and therefore didn't focus on it, Ironfist had boring choreography with no physical or narrative weight, and Luke Cage had trouble with direction and stakes.
I don't know, I just feel like Ironfist is going to interact with Jessica Jones and Daredevil like oil and water. And also Luke Cage will kind of just be there.
I'm excited for this, but Daredevil is by far my favorite of the bunch, hope there's a season 3 coming for his show.

On the action front, my hope is the director or who ever will be able to get good action out of iron fist and maybe cage, and the reason why it wasn't great in their own shows is because the direction wasn't there.
