Don't know how they set this up but it's pretty boss, would be kinda cool if a program w/ the kinect sensor allowed you to face motion in a game :p

The animation was made based off the video on the right. Done with MMD (MikuMikuDance). It's easy as hell to use, but only amine stuff.
