G'day Facepunch.
This isn't normally something I'd post here on the forums. Which is an occasional video or fast thread topic. I'm asking for your honest opinions about a large comedy project I was involved in back in 2009. More specifically, Crack & Splat 5, which uses a "dynamic real-time motion synthesis software" called Endorphin to create characters and scenarios on screen.
Our original goal was to submit the video to Machinima.com as I have a directors contract with them. Things didn't really work out as planned and it only got released on my Youtube channel. The issue that we had was getting the proper permissions from the creators of the software. They are called Naturalmotion, same guys who made euphoria which was later used in GTAIV and The Force Unleashed for it's physics and animations. But we all know that, don't we? :)
Today - Monday, December 13th 2010 we finally got word from Naturalmotion. And it was good news. We can now move the project over to Machinima.com!
Before we work out a trailer and brainstorm ideas with Machinima.com about the best way to release the episode I want to ask you, Facepunch, what you think of it. I've been on Facepunch for a few years now (don't let my new account here fool you) and I know you guys are some of the harshest critics I've known in a forum environment. I believe if anyone can judge if the video is adequate and funny enough for Machinima.com It's going to be you guys.
Here is the first part of the episode on my channel:

If you don't feel like watching the whole thing here is a trailer for it:

I hope you enjoy the video. And thank you :)
minute long intro and the content was rubbish
Long post, long intro, horrible content. This is the humor maybe a 5 year old would enjoy, and I am serious, because this is the same low effort crap you get from tv.
So since I won't spend unnecessary time explaining my reasons I'll just say this: In short, you may have a great future career as scriptwriter for Toon Disney, if it wasn't because the content is a bit too scary for kids.
the faces looks like the ones from I robot. oh yea thsi is crap... i dotn think anybody would liek this... mabey a 5 year old but nobody else. sorry but thats the truth.
was that supposed to be funny
was that supposed to be funny
Yes, did you not read my first post? Anyways, I'm sorry the humor isn't your kind of thing.
I can tell you put quite a bit of effort into it, but it's all wasted on how immature and nonsensical it it.
Poor machinema.com, they gon lose money
Machinima is really looking for content...
