I want to make a brodyquest type video for my german project in school, how will i go about doing this, there must be a simpler way then changing the orientation of a person three times on one photo, then putting those slides in order?
The guy used Flash, an animation inside a movie clip loops.
Should be quite easy in After Effects.
Put a background in, get a picture of what you want to "move" and do it from there, it's extremely easy you just lay down "points" in which the foreground picture will move across the background, the animation is done automatically or manually depending on if you want to be specific or not.
Add music and you're done!
I used after effects in my video introduction, it's not amazing by any means but it works and was incredibly easy to do;

The background stays still while the floating orbs (Just small 3x3 pixel pictures, solid white or black) move up and down, the same way getting your foreground picture to move.

There are a few tutorials showing the basics, the basics include what I explained, just using two pictures and one of them moves, which is essentially a brodyquest video.
