Some notes for those unfamiliar with Dark Souls or the no-hit run (stolen from Reddit):
Q: Does fall damage count as a hit?
A: No, only actual hits from enemies, bosses, or traps end the run. In fact, Hob uses this to his advantage by falling off cliffs to set up the Red Tearstone Ring (RTSR), which boosts your damage at low health.
Q: Why doesn't Hob use magic/glitches?
A: Basically he just thinks it's less interesting/exciting. The run would be easier with this stuff, yes, but it's more exciting to the audience when he's roll-dodging and fighting with melee weapons.
Q: Don't you have to die to Seath in Dark Souls 1 to advance the game?
A: During the first Seath encounter, he is invincible, and you have to die and awaken in the cell deeper in Duke’s Archives. The community has collectively agreed that the first Seath encounter is a scripted death. There is no other way to advance the game without glitching past it, so the scripted Seath death is not considered a hit.
Q: Why/how does Hob kill The Rotten four times in Dark Souls 2?
A: Hob uses three bonfire ascetics to let him fight and kill The Rotten a total of four times, because doing so gives him enough soul memory to pass through the Shrine of Winter without killing three other bosses (Freja, Lost Sinner, Old Iron King).

In this run, he ended up doing them in reverse order, starting with DS3 and ending on DS1.

Well, guess that's Sunday over. :v:
I'm glad he finally managed to do DS2
Gahh, why is he doing them in reverse order!
