Ignore the shitty annotation (whatever they're called).
Honestly, I can't even tell if they used a replacement voice actor or the real one :aaa:
How are you gonna play by the rules if you dont have the rule boo- ohhhhh

And no way! I can't believe that! They got Hugh Laurie, one of the best actors, in my opinion, of all time, to do freakin' Family Guy?
can't claim copyright
Seriously? You can evade copyrights by flipping the video?
I'm pretty sure you can't just flip the video, and besides, you can watch this whole episode on hulu.
that was actually pretty good for Family Guy.

He makes the show just a little bit more watchable.

It's episodes are mostly unfunny, but there's always one episode where they do something right.
Lol, shitty family guy show.
Saw it a few days ago. Have a clock.

every other month yeh
Hulu can show full episodes and clips from episodes on certain conditions, i.e. limited availability (only up for a few days or weeks), minimum amount of ad time in the episodes or before clips and so on and so forth. YouTube, even with its recent uprising in ad space and commercials, cannot claim copyrighted videos.
The trick of flipping the video horizontally does actually work to get it out of copyright issues. It may simply be taken down if told to do so, but no legal action can be taken. Similar loopholes to avoid copyright entanglements often used on songs and music videos uploaded to YouTube include speeding up/slowing down the video by like 1-2% speed, creating a personal-mix meaning you dubbed part of the song or sampled in your own sounds into a small frame, or other minute changes.
On topic, the guys who work on Family Guy do a great job in their cameos and parodies.
