Ohh, I remember reading about this. Sam posted about the kickstarter for this on an MLP site, and the terminology he used made it really apparent that he had no idea what he was doing. People got suspicious, investigated it and quickly realized it was just an attempt to scam money out of neckbeards. Sam and MDE people then spent weeks posting extremely cringeworthy damage control posts and videos to desperately get people to believe it was real.
