A little bit late, since this book was released two months ago and the video was made 2 weeks ago, but I didn't see it posted here.
A short summary since the video circles around a bit for 18 minutes: Two college students, with the goal of "honoring the memory of Vine" made a [i]poetry[/i] book, where they reformatted quotes from popular Vines into [i]poems,[/i] without giving credit to any of the creators because that would've been too hard to do.
