i accidentally mistook meeko for a wolf and killed him

This would have been really sad, if not for Dopefish.
I've been at Meekos shack, but never found who "Meeko" was.
The first time I found Meeko's shack, I started looking for the dog. But this was after I'd fought a bear and a blood dragon nearby. I couldn't find him and thought the dragon might've slain him. Sometime later, after dozens of quests, murdering Forsworn/Bandit bastards by the gross, and getting further into the story, I past by Meeko's shack once again. The blood dragons skeleton stuck out like a sore thumb, and when I checked out the shack for a second time, Meeko was there. Being the sympathetic person I was, I brought him to Breezehome and he's been there ever since. I keep thinking Lydia's gonna go senile one day and kill him, but it's cool, I can always get Borgakh to kill her.

Looks like this comes from hachi (faithful dog Hachiko) it probably is.
Oh looks like there are already a few font mods out there.
There needs to be a mod where you have a huge dog or wolf as a companion

I think if you get turned into a werewolf all wolves become your allies, not sure if you can get one as a companion though.

Or it might come from how dogs have been seen doing this quite a few times throughout history. Dogs really are Man's best friend.
Dopefish is trying too hard at this point.
