I think its more of a comparison type of part. Later they had like AK's and more modern equipment.
Man their goosestep looks so painful to do.
Remember the US still uses the M1 Garand for ceremonial purposes, the same can be said for the use of old Soviet equipment.
However, you can rest assured given North Korea's situation, should war break out they would undoubtedly use that equipment regardless of its age given their lack of supplies for any kind of drawn out conflict.

Given it's North Korea, I'd not be surprised if they were part of the standard kit - they do have T-34s, some sort of bi-planes, and what look like some kinda Russian WW2 fighters in there after all :v:

I think they're Anti Ship missiles, most likely modified P-15 Termits. Actual Termits follow after them.

looked like a v1 honestly, they could be radar guided but i did notice almost all of the missiles they had there didn't have any obvious guidance systems on them

If you are talking about the blue trucks then yeah I can kinda see that, but if you'll look at the section after them (Which can be confirmed to be actual P-15s) and compare them the body is almost exactly the same with a larger tail and bigger wings.
As for Guidance you can notice the little radar seeker indicated by the differently painted spot on the front. For most missiles using radar the tip is left either white, a dark color of sorts different from the body, or just unpainted.
