Wait a second, are those mosin nagants they're carrying? Those bandoliers alone look like they're straight out of the second World War.
Pretty sure mosins, I only saw sks once and its right before they started marching
Yeah, I just noticed the bayonets, and it sits at the exact angle the bayonet on my 91/30 [editline]12th October 2015[/editline] I mean shit, they're still using PPsh 41's and PPs 43's!

I wish we could get Kenny Blankenship and Vic Romano to commentate this.

Later they had like AK's and more modern equipment.
Man their goosestep looks so painful to do.
Remember the US still uses the M1 Garand for ceremonial purposes, the same can be said for the use of old Soviet equipment. However, you can rest assured given North Korea's situation, should war break out they would undoubtedly use that equipment regardless of its age given their lack of supplies for any kind of drawn out conflict.
Oh no, SA-3s and Cheap Chinese T-55 clones It's obvious North Korea has the better Military here
Oh no, SA-3s and Cheap Chinese T-55 clones It's obvious North Korea has the better Military here
Don't forget that glorious formation of AN-2's
To be fair I doubt that's their standard kit. It's more likely parade gear
Given it's North Korea, I'd not be surprised if they were part of the standard kit - they do have T-34s, some sort of bi-planes, and what look like some kinda Russian WW2 fighters in there after all :v: https://youtu.be/PzPvhrh7gLM?t=2179 https://youtu.be/PzPvhrh7gLM?t=2939 https://youtu.be/PzPvhrh7gLM?t=2830
The glorious leader doesnt seem to know how to salute. And i guess nobody is ballsy enough to tell him he's saluting wrong :v:
Anyone know what the soldiers are holding at 50:35?
The glorious leader doesnt seem to know how to salute. And i guess nobody is ballsy enough to tell him he's saluting wrong :v:
That may or may not be what happens just before 27:00 [editline]12th October 2015[/editline] Also straight from youtube
Man I want to be personally there to see this. I mean look at it, its the biggest museum of antique military equipment, all in running condition. Marvellous.

Anyone know what the soldiers are holding at 50:35?
Wannabe nukes or nuclear briefcases I guess :v:
What kind of rockets are those on the big trucks coming after the tanks and so?
What kind of rockets are those on the big trucks coming after the tanks and so?
I think they're Anti Ship missiles, most likely modified P-15 Termits. Actual Termits follow after them.
I think they're Anti Ship missiles, most likely modified P-15 Termits.
looked like a v1 honestly, they could be radar guided but i did notice almost all of the missiles they had there didn't have any obvious guidance systems on them
If you are talking about the blue trucks then yeah I can kinda see that, but if you'll look at the section after them (Which can be confirmed to be actual P-15s) and compare them the body is almost exactly the same with a larger tail and bigger wings. As for Guidance you can notice the little radar seeker indicated by the differently painted spot on the front. For most missiles using radar the tip is left either white, a dark color of sorts different from the body, or just unpainted.
they left out their war-traktors this year [editline]13th October 2015[/editline] [t]http://pix.avaxnews.com/avaxnews/4a/ef/0000ef4a_medium.jpeg[/t] from a previous year
