The best pranks are the ones where the one who is pranked ends up laughing. This is the complete opposite of that.

These sort of pranks should be classified as public nuisance and should be punishable with a fine. Harmless pranks are one thing but this is basically asking to be put in hospital and the prank has no funny ending. No one was laughing in this prank and it ended with him running away saying "this is not fun" but it won't stop him from doing similar shit in the future.

He's one of the first popular youtubers to continuously do prank videos. He's the guy who pranked Vitalyzdtv by making it look like he slept with his mother. He's actually a right on dude, too. There's one video where he pretends to prank "NSA Agents" and they all flip out on him and arrest him etc.
