I think this is one of those videos that tries to be funny by being completely "over the top" and having incredibly loud noises with "random/epic" faces included.
Think of how OneyNG does his videos (which are fine and I actually like), I find that more and more people are trying to doing something similar to his style of "utterly random, nonsensical humor" but they end up failing at it.

I found the video dumb for a dumb generalization of ALL fps games as some random and dumb Payday 2 copycats, not because of it receiving a million dumb ratings.

Yeah, it also could have been about GTA 5 with the game also having missions about robbing. But there are a few things that can be done or seen in PD2 which made me think of it right away and mention in my post.
