I expected a crappy edit of Meet the Engineer. Instead I got a neat little short with some stellar animation.
That was nothing short of stellar. The animation and fight sequences were realistic enough to look good, but cartoony enough to feel satisfying.
Holy shit, and of course it's made by the creator of Rise of Epic Scout
that was glorious
Well animated and extremely creative fight sequences like these are always a treat
Holy shit, and of course it's made by the creator of Rise of Epic Scout
Yeah, he definitely improved. A lot more to the point, less strange anime-style fighting and very nice choreography.
I really like the use of weapon and hat variants to show destruction. that was really neat! like the Axtenguisher getting destroyed, leaving the pain train. Looks convincing enough.
Holy shit, that fistfight. Holy shit, that animation. Holy shit, that ending. Holy shit.

I can see this guy working in a animation studio.
that was really good

Interesting to see his animation skill increase over the course of the video, absolutely great
I actually avoided this thread for a while because I thought the title sounded retarded but the video is amazing.
o damn that was fukken dope
I had many laughs and thought the medic at the end topped it off
I am 100% sure a lot of the animations from the engineer fight scene were taken from Vindictus. Still a good fight scene regardless.
That fighting animation with the two engineers was incredible.
I actually avoided this thread for a while because I thought the title sounded retarded but the video is amazing.
admittedly I only entered this thread because of all the winner ratings next to the thread title
That was fucking brutal.
God damn that was an amazing.
I am 100% sure a lot of the animations from the engineer fight scene were taken from Vindictus. Still a good fight scene regardless.
There is a puppet script that easily allows you to do this so perhaps.
I am 100% sure a lot of the animations from the engineer fight scene were taken from Vindictus. Still a good fight scene regardless.
It seems that most of the video is animation recycling, but it's done in one of the most seamlessly integrated ways I've seen so far so it still deserves two thumbs up raised [editline]5th January 2014[/editline] Yep, in the video description he says himself that he took stuff from Vindictus :v:
