She pays $700 a month. For that. Fuck Manhattan.
Looks cozy. Too much money though, not to mention she's one of those obnoxious artsy types.
it's like almost a million for a good sized apartment five minutes from times square.
The door opened and I was like holy fuck, it really is small. Then she started showing it off and I was like hey it looks kind of nice in there.
Seems like a nice place. If the rent was at 200 USD I'd gladly live there.
That would be awesome to live there! Just get rid of the mac.
I suppose it's not badly organized for such a small flat, but it still feels a bit small. You really have to keep only the stuff you need. I'm sure location like that is very hard to find and the rent reflects that. If she's happy there good for her, but I'd rather live in a bit bigger flat, likely not in the center and possibly cheaper.
She pays $700 a month. For that. Fuck Manhattan.
That is ridiculous. But still, if you made $25 a day you can cover the rent.

I could never live there. I have way too much shit. Not that I'd really want to live in Manhatten to be honest.
I've seen smaller, in Japan.
Looks cozy. Too much money though, not to mention she's one of those obnoxious artsy types.
I would bang her make her pregnant and leave her. Then she might get a real job to pay for my offspring.
I'd love to live in a place like that, you always know where everything is and can see the entire place. I rarely leave my bedroom anyway, which is probably about 100 square feet. Huge mansions would freak me out. Reminds me a bit of that rearrangeable apartment in China, where it is leveled vertically so it's one room that can be re-arranged into many. Ridiculous that it's 700 a month though, we live in a 2,000 square foot house and it's only around $1100 a month. The perks of living in a rural area, I guess.
That looks too nice to be Manhattan.
I'd gladly pay $700 a month to live in the middle of manhatten. Even for an apartment that small.
It's nice and cozy and all, but you gotta have a kitchen at least.
For $700? I'd rather live on a park bench for free.
I'd gladly pay $700 a month to live in the middle of manhatten. Even for an apartment that small.
Manhatten is amazing, I love going there. That apartment is awesome for 1 person too, I think I could live there.
That's not much smaller than the dorm room I live in at the moment, and two people (including myself) live in it. Costs about 330 a month or so if you work it out. However, I'm moving into my own 525sq/ft one bedroom apartment in the summer and I'll only be paying 620 a month (all bills paid), so paying 700 for what she's living in seems outrageous.
Wow.. it's so.. small. I'd need more space though, I'm way too fucking big of a person (6'4'', 200 pounds) to live in a place that small.
Only turn off for me is the lack of kitchen.
NY City's prices are crazy, so much cash just because it's close to the park or looking out the windows you can see some famous building. Location, location, location I guess
3:51 there's a UFO
90 square feet is a lot less than I thought it would be. Fuciing hell, I would get so claustrophobic living in there.
I pay about $700 a month and my room alone is considerably larger than her whole apartment. Fuck Manhattan. And that's $700 total. I have a roommate so it's only $360ish a person.
Meanwhile, 6500 square feet mansions in outer-LA for only $400,000
I learned that I can keep my laundry in my stove. Foul Bachelor Frog needs to know this.
My bedroom is larger than this.
She yoga'd, I boner'd.
