If the reason for having an age limit is to prevent bullshit being uploaded, that quote explains that. I dunno what she's uploaded, but she's right. Another reason for an age limit would be to protect children from the content on YouTube. But as far as I know, they're already quite strict and she doesn't seem like one in need of protection.
