As much of a dick as the biker was, it's fucking downright moronic to try to drive a biker off the road. The old guy is lucky he didn't kill someone pulling that shit.

At no point did I see the Rio pull anything dangerous before the first flip-off, at the beginning the biker, wasn't even focused on anything. Delusional fuck in the bike picked a fight for literally no reason.
wow I thought the old guy was gonna boop his bike and knock him over kind of kick ass, not actually dropkick the biker to the asphalt
To be honest the old cunt was being a bit of a fuckhead too, sure the biker started it by cutting him off but it looked like the old guy went to punch the biker in the face after he rolled down the window. And even tho it's kind of funny seeing him get made piss the biker really didn't look like he was fighting back. I mean in a court of law the jury would certainly side with the biker I mean; he got bashed, he got his camera stolen. Not saying I condone either peoples actions just I don't think this old guy is really a purveyor of road justice.
Biker might get charged for a bit of reckless driving, like the old guy - but the old guy would definitely get hit with assault charges, especially because the old guy went for the first physical attack. However the biker pulling over was instigating it further - you should never pull over. People always have weapons nowadays.

It doesn't matter who did what. You do not ever try to drive someone, especially someone on a bike, off the road. There is nothing that justifies pulling in front of a biker and slamming on the brakes.
he deserved it
excuse me for having the controversial opinion of you shouldn't start throwing punches over someone cutting you off big man.
Both of them were doing dumb shit on the road but punching somebody in the face, chasing after them walking away, continuing to assault them, and then proceed to steal their shit is very VERY illegal. The old dude is def going to jail.
The biker was driving like a real fucking idiot for someone on the most universally unsafe thing to drive
Funny and true story. Down in Florida my dad was driving, and we nearly got hit on the express way by some van merging without looking. I flipped him off as well as my dad slammed on the horn (our fault for instigating), and the van chased us brandishing a machete. Guy swerved on our left and our right to try and seem intimidating. While we laughed our asses off (because we weren't pulling over for anything), it goes to show how angry people can get, and how road rage is a serious thing. Be safe, don't instigate, and definitely do not escalate by pulling over.
The biker is the one that started it by break checking him, even if someone is tail gating you break checking is a no go. Instead of removing himself from the situation the biker continues to try and bait the driver and taunt him. The car was wrong for trying to block him or hit him. The biker had many chances to just leave and remove himself but instead he taunted the car looking for a fight. Guess what...he got one. Biker was also wrong for going up to someones car window aggressively. On top of that ripping off the mirror isn't gonna help him. Both of them are wrong and both of them are idiots.

Some thug in a Civic decided to get cute and cut to the shoulder and scrape our side-view mirror, my dad decided to roll the window down and yell at him, fucker pulls a glock (could have been an airsoft but still) right as the light goes green and we take off, cunt chases us for 2 miles. He gives up once we reach the suburbs near a police station. Turns out the same guy who instigated us with the pistol died in a drug bust a few months later (recognized the bloodied Civic with the plate in newspaper front page).
Delusional fuck in the bike picked a fight for literally no reason.
Asking someone what their problem is, albeit yelling at them, is not picking a fight when the old guy went to throwing punches immediately. The worst part about this is the fact that the guy went after him while he was trying to defuse and walk away. You Never fucking do that no matter what. A good chunk of the bikers I know carry a knife or a pistol of sorts when they ride. Forcing a CC into a corner when they are actively trying to get away from you is a good way to get yourself fucking killed.
I've gotten into a couple scrapes on the road here, and even pulled over a couple times. and yeah sure maybe sometimes we dribble shit at each-other but it never once occurred to me to start swinging at the cunt. Like the guy above me said it takes a already tense situation and ramps it up to 100. I mean you're risking; getting the fuck beaten out of you, battery charges or potentially killing/being killed. Like it's really just not worth it.
Never had a bike, but I did have a moped when I was 16 to get to and from the construction site where I worked. Because in my state you can get a moped earlier than a car. And the amount of people that endanger you by; always trying to overtake you, showing off their car or just by not noticing you is staggering.
Did he steal that dudes helmet with the go-pro on it?
Did he steal that dudes helmet with the go-pro on it?
With how it tumbled and such I assume it came off the helmet mount and it was just the camera. Found this gem in the comments...

Guy pulls up and waves some country-made revolver in his face, asking him if he knows who he is. Granddad looks at him, looks at the gun and just says "I've killed better men than you" with what can only be described as the most bored look on his face, like he was checking out stuff at the supermarket. Suddenly, it dawns on Jr. thug that my granddad was not even mildly scared of the gun being waved in face and that, in turn, freaked him the fuck out. Quietly rolls up his window, drives away. My dad was in the front seat at the time and freaking the fuck out for a few hours afterward. :v:
even if the biker was an asshole i still found his rage screams a bit upsetting
They're both idiots.
From what I'm seeing, the biker started it by acting like an idiot, and it just fell out of control. People need to learn to control their damn emotions. I swear, they act like a bunch of twelve year olds on XBox.
That was fucking hilarious.
I didn't even understand what started the fracas? I didn't quite understand well why the biker started flipping the old guy for?
A prosecutor is going to have a field trip with this video.
Good, fucker deserved it. Bikers are the worst people

They both acted like dumb immature children.
Even if the biker was the biggest dickwad on the planet I'm not sure I'd get any satisfying "fuck yeah he deserved that" feeling from this video. That old guy is an absolute tosser. I mean, suckerpunching the dude before even saying anything? I'm with the biker when he continuously shouts "what the fuck are you serious" because holy shit that old dude should not be on the road, arguably he probably shouldn't be walking with impunity after that. [editline]11th July 2017[/editline] I get particularly annoyed seeing road rage incidents like this get unnecessarily escalated. Seeing immature idiots like this and speaking from my own slight vulnerability to road rage, it just makes me want complete, driverless autocars asap. It's insane how undignified people can get over entirely tiny things on the road.
