Are there animal control in the game that try to capture you?

It would be pretty cool if they add it, for now I think there are just some humans that will attack you if you go too close to them and unfriendly dogs these two as enemies

Like White God? Cause those motherfuckers were better equipped than SWAT.
The game looks interesting, though I think the color scheme right now is kinda drab
this game seems really charming, hope it's susccessful
Seems charming but I don't see what the point to playing it would be. Do you just walk around and explore the city or is there a story line to follow? Are there any objectives or minigames? What do you actually do? They should have made the trailer explain a bit more, I think.

Sounds like it's meant to be a survival game where you're trying to find home.

Read the kickstarter page? Literally all your questions are answered in point form.
Also there's even a local multiplayer dog fighting mode
Did anyone ever play a Dog's Life? I don't think I've ever seen too many games about dogs. This looks kinda cool I guess.
This looks really boring, I don't think I know anyone who would think that playing a game about a lost dog would be a fun concept, it may sound fun when your hamming up game ideas in your backyard with your buds but in practice I'd rather get some sleep than play this.

It could be all poignant and shit.
Makes me want to dig out my PS2 and play Dog's Life.
I always thought that a cool game would be some sort of life simulator where its just an open world and you can go in and out different animals, including people. You can do the GTA bird poop thing, or you can cause havoc in the city, or you can bring a bear into the suburbs and turn into a squirrel and watch the mayhem. Even be a tiny beetle and have the world tilt-shifted as you explore the microcosm that is the tree that you are on. etc. etc. birds, fish, insects, humans, mammals. Hell maybe even viruses?

The artstyle isn't even great either. I think I'd rather it be non randomly generated and look awesome instead of it looking flat and boring like it does now. I could totally imagine this in a more realistic style in a dirty, rainy city.
The artstyle looks okay, I'd rather have a minimalistic approach than a bland realistic one, that would probably take way more time to develop assets for.
the real question is, can you murder the humans and take over the city with your armed dog militia?
