I like VRChat, I'm frequently active on Twitter, Twitch and YouTube, and me and my friends are the kind of people who use memes and vine-humor on a frequent basis.

They probably picked VJ Emmie because, Well so far I know Its the only Video Joker I have ever seen in a movie, and well his accent is funny and mix it with a funny looking knuckles and there you go.
Hope to see more Russian and Asian Knuckles, those I find way more funny.
About the Undeveloped Uganda jokes, thats also from the original channel, they really Have this self deprecating humor considering how they live, Its something I also noticed here in Chile too, we make jokes of ourselves a lot.
And the Ebola jokes, like "I HAVE EBOLA!" or "EEEEEEEEEBOOOOOOOOOLAAAAAAAAAAA!" also come from the Official movie makers, they have this superhero called the Ebola Hunter, and back in 2015 when there were rumors of Ebola spreading around, They were doing this ad i think?
