"The Golden Age" and the "Iron" EP are a lot more acoustic and soulful, but I still like this one as it's own thing.
It sounds like Woodkid's music career is one big OST for a story in his mind. I think Volcano fits in with a more villainous, dark and soulless part of that story.

I was there in the front row
was scary shit and awesome.
The best live performance I've ever been to, even though I got soaked. The video doesn't do it justice. It was fucking POURING and there was near constant lightning strikes

The light show and song were pretty cool but as some one who was on a drumline I was kind of hoping that snare drummers would get some more love since they seemed to be the theme of the track. Maybe they could do some cool stick tricks to wow the audience or just go into a sick cadence. Also the fact that they used traditional snare drums really hurt the sound but I guess Woodkid wanted traditional since it's supposed to symbolize revolution which is what most of his songs signify.
