Sadly, I dunno how foreigners can order such eggs. There's fairs and websites where you can buy them from in the country.

I imagine that woman could make a lot of money if she sold her eggs internationally.
I've been wanting to do this for a bit. It seems like all I need is some dye, a makeshift stylus, and the correct wax.
This is actually done a lot in the serbian part of my family. My mother makes a ton of these every easter. I'm actually going to visit them later today so maybe I can get a few pictures for you guys.
