I dunno.. this guy sounds like a lazy douche. WHY would you want to get fired when you could just quit!?
Maybe it's just my unemployed ass that's angry, but I know I would never throw away a job like he did.

I did, he just kinda got fed up at the other douche employees, and instead of quitting like a normal person he decided to try to get fired. And why were they acting like douches? Because he "snapped" and started acting lazy, showing up late, and stealing. After all that happened he STILL said it was a great place to work, even with the assholes there.
I just think it's stupid and irresponsible to try to fuck your career set by acting like an unprofessional ass for tiny (if not numerous) reasons instead of quitting and leaving on good terms.

He's lucky to have a job, and even luckier to work for Disney, it sounded like they had some neat benefits.
