The music was cool, but the video itself failed to impress me. Needed way more freaky stuff imo.
Like, I liked guillottine's video way better, even tho it didn't consist of much more than this.
the album is pretty good. my favorite is anne bonny for sure. i don't really like the songs that are really repetitive like feels like a wheel and bootleg, but other than that the album is pretty solid. that being said, it's pretty different from their other albums. if i were to guess, i'd say it because i don't think zach hill was apart of this.
i have a lot of death grips on my itunes that i download based on word of mouth but i just can't get into it at all. i'd like to think i listen to some pretty progressive stuff and i'm pretty open-minded, and while i can appreciate death grips, i just don't know what the fuck kind of mood i'd have to be in to happily enjoy it

i reckon sometimes you just don't like music. like, there's lots of times when i listen to bands that should be right up my alley based on my other music tastes & stuff then i just don't like them
