I received my Oculus Rift today, it's fucking awesome but I did get motion sick after 5 minutes of playing, but that's because I turned the camera too fast using my controller, it makes you sick really fast. I played Team Fortress 2 and the Tuscany demo (which is really awesome if you have a Razer Hydra) [b]Edit:[/b] After playing again and lowering my mouse sensivity it really is a lot better and I did not get sick playing a full payload game in TF2.

I wonder if they would fall over if they were standing up

Gotta hold myself back and wait for the Oculus Rift 2 with HD screens (aka the consumer version) Gosh darn i hope i can play with it on Gamescom

If you're using something like a Razer Hydra you could stand up while playing and use it to crouch behind something or pick things up.

I guess Z-tracking can work by putting a camera infront of the Oculus Rift, which would also help giving you vision of your real-life environment when you have the oculus rift on, but this will add more weight to it and it really has to be as light as possible.
