It's perfectly normal and acceptable to have slowdowns in huge air battles like this one, especially in ArmA2. And his ISP has nothing to do with this, as I doubt he was on a server.

There should be a button named units, simply spawn some OPFOR jets and some BLUFOR jets and you're good to go.

You do realise that the guy in the second video has 2 GTX295s running in quad SLI, right? Arma 2 is incredibly demanding, and only the best PCs are able to run the biggest battles without framerate trouble.
